Urea level sensor fault performance

The main function of the urea level sensor is to detect and alarm the liquid level and temperature, circulate and heat the cooling water of the car engine, suck out urea, and so on. It is mainly made of stainless steel and reinforced nylon material construction, then, urea level sensor is broken what phenomenon?
1. Abnormal liquid level is displayed on the meter of urea liquid level sensor, and the temperature signal of urea liquid level sensor is unstable. If the sensor has such a phenomenon, it may be that its output function is malfunctioning.
2. Urea crystals and green liquid appear around the urea tank and level sensor. Generally, this phenomenon may be due to the damage of the urea tank body, or the leakage of urea and the overflow of antifreeze caused by the joint of the cooling water pipe.
3. The amount of urea sucked out by the urea level sensor is small, and sometimes even liquid. The bottom filter screen of the liquid level sensor is too dirty and blocked, which will cause this phenomenon. The owner needs to replace the filter screen at the bottom of the sensor in time.
