FAQ

Trouble phenomenon: Depress the brake pedal, the pedal does not rise, no resistance

Determine the reason: check whether the brake fluid is missing; whether the brake wheel cylinder, pipeline, and joints are leaking; whether the master cylinder and sub-cylinder components are damaged;

Trouble phenomenon: The brake pedal is depressed to the end, the braking effect is poor; the continuous braking effect cannot be improved, and the pedal gradually rises

Determine the reason: there is gas in the brake system;

Trouble phenomenon: continuous step on the brake, the pedal returns, the braking effect is improved

Determine the reason: the gap between the friction lining and the brake drum is too large

Trouble phenomenon: continuous step on the brake, the pedal position rises, there is a sense of sinking

Cause: oil leakage;

Trouble phenomenon: the pedal position is very low; step on it again, the position cannot be raised, and it feels very hard

Determine the reason: the master cylinder is blocked;

Trouble phenomenon: the pedal height is normal, not soft or sinking, but the braking effect is poor

Determine the reason: the gap between the friction plate and the brake drum is too large or greasy;

Fault phenomenon: brake deviation;

Judge the reason: the car runs to the left, the right wheel brake is invalid, and vice versa;

Trouble phenomenon: vehicle mileage brake drum (disc) heating

Determine the cause: check the brake master cylinder, brake wheel cylinder or pipeline;

Trouble phenomenon: brake pedal free stroke is too small

Determine the reason: need to adjust;

Fault phenomenon: brake fluid level rises slowly

Determine the cause: unscrew the lower air screw and observe the return of the brake shoe. If the brake shoe returns, the oil pipe should be cleared; if the brake shoe does not return, the brake wheel cylinder should be disassembled and inspected.
